Mozaico Flamenco

Generations features the vibrant, multicultural and intergenerational community of Mozaico Flamenco, which showcases the virtuosity of Asian-Canadian bailaora Kasandra "La China" with mentor and Mozaico founder, Maestro Oscar Nieto. Honouring unity in diversity, we celebrate longstanding Vancouver flamenco personalities Peter Mole (guitar), Jafelin Helten (cantaora), Davide Sampaolo (cajon) and the colourful dancers of "Los Mozaicos.”

We dedicate this show to the memory of Victor Kolstee, one of the founding fathers of Flamenco in Vancouver.  We wish to convey that the energy of the founders will always live on through the next generation and the next, to infinity.
